Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the SudhaPath website and mobile applications. Please read them, and in particular the AI-generated content disclaimer below, which describes exactly what our study material is and what it is not.

1. Acceptance
SudhaPath is operated by Aadinath Technosoft LLP (“SudhaPath”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, or by otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use, to our Privacy Policy and to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
These terms, together with those two policies and any plan-specific terms shown at checkout, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the platform. This is also the “terms of service” and “user agreement” published under rule 3(1)(a) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
2. Eligibility
You must be capable of entering a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to hold a SudhaPath account in your own name.
If you are below 18 years of age you may use SudhaPath only with the consent and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the platform and for any payment made from your account.
You must be able to receive a one-time password on an Indian mobile number, since that is how accounts are created and verified.
3. Your account
Registration is by mobile number and one-time password. There is no separate sign-up form and no password to remember: entering a mobile number we have not seen before creates a new account.
- One account per mobile number, and the account is personal to you. Do not share, sell, rent or transfer it.
- Never share your OTP with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from SudhaPath. We will never ask for it.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your registered mobile number secure.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
- If you stop using a mobile number, update the account or tell us — a recycled number reassigned by a telecom operator can otherwise reach your account.
4. AI-assisted content
A significant part of the SudhaPath question bank, answer explanations, Hindi–English translations and every AI mentor reply is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence, with human review workflows applied before publication.
All such material is practice material only and may contain errors. It is not official exam material. Always verify syllabus details, exam dates, eligibility and answers against the official notification and final answer key of the relevant recruitment body before relying on them.
The AI mentor is a study aid restricted to your enrolled exam's syllabus. It is not a teacher, counsellor or professional adviser, and its replies carry the same practice-only status as the rest of the content.
5. Sources of questions
Past-paper questions on SudhaPath are sourced from question papers that the recruitment boards have themselves published officially. Where the board has released an official answer key, that key is what we use.
Where no official key exists for a question, the answer shown is the considered view of our subject reviewers and is marked as such. It carries no official standing.
If you find a question, key, explanation or translation that you believe is wrong, please report it through the contact page with the test name and question number. Corrections of this kind are treated as bugs.
6. No affiliation with any government body
Nothing on SudhaPath should be read as a representation that we act for, are approved by, or speak on behalf of any recruitment board, commission or government department. Links to official notices are provided for your convenience and point at the boards' own websites, over which we have no control.
Trade marks, logos and names of examinations and boards remain the property of their respective owners and are referred to here only for identification.
7. Service provided “as is”
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations not expressly stated in these terms.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected within any particular time.
8. Free and paid plans
SudhaPath offers a free plan and one or more paid plans. What each plan includes is described on the pricing page and at checkout at the time you subscribe.
Prices are stated in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax at the applicable rate, unless the checkout page says otherwise. A tax invoice is issued for each successful payment.
Payments are collected through a third-party payment gateway. Your use of the gateway is also subject to that gateway's own terms. If a payment fails or is duplicated, see the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Access to paid features begins as soon as payment is confirmed and continues until the end of the paid term. Cancellation, the refund window and the non-refundable carve-outs are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to do any of the following, and not to help anyone else do them. This section also gives effect to the categories of prohibited information under rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
- Share, resell, publish, broadcast or redistribute our questions, explanations, analytics or any other platform content, in any form, including screenshots and recordings.
- Scrape, crawl, bulk-download or use automated means to extract content or data from the platform.
- Share your account, run an account on someone else's behalf, or create accounts in bulk.
- Interfere with the exam engine, manipulate timers, scores, coins, rewards, referral credits or analytics, or use any tool intended to defeat exam-integrity checks.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code or model prompts of any part of the platform, except to the extent applicable law forbids that restriction.
- Use the AI mentor to generate unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful, harassing or infringing content, or to attempt to make it act outside its stated scope.
- Upload or transmit anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive, obscene, threatening, or harmful to a child, or anything containing a virus or malicious code.
- Impersonate any person or body, or misrepresent your association with SudhaPath or with any recruitment board.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the platform, or breach its security or authentication measures, without our prior written permission.
10. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, design, interface, question bank, explanations, analytics, brand name, logo and all other content are owned by Aadinath Technosoft LLP or licensed to us, and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. Text of official question papers and answer keys remains the property of the issuing body.
Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of any applicable fee, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own examination preparation. No other right is granted, by implication or otherwise.
The SudhaPath name, the SudhaPath logo and the tagline may not be used without our prior written permission.
11. Content you submit
You keep ownership of what you submit — mentor questions, reported errors, feedback and support messages. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce and process that content so far as is necessary to operate the platform, to answer you and to improve the service.
If you send us a suggestion or a report of an error, we may act on it without owing you any payment or attribution.
12. Third-party services and links
The platform links to official board websites and uses third-party services — hosting, SMS, payments, notifications, AI model providers, advertising and analytics. Their content and conduct are not under our control, and we are not responsible for them.
Advertisements shown to users on the free plan come from third-party ad networks. An advertisement is not an endorsement by SudhaPath of the advertiser, their product or their claims.
13. Availability and changes to the service
We may add, change, suspend or withdraw features, tests, plans and content. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes during a paid term, we will tell you and, where appropriate, offer a pro-rated remedy under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Planned maintenance and unplanned downtime both happen. We do not offer a service-level or uptime guarantee on any plan.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using SudhaPath at any time, and you may ask us to close your account and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate an account, with notice where practicable, if we reasonably believe it has breached these terms — in particular the acceptable-use section — or has been used for fraud, for payment abuse, or in a way that endangers other users or the platform. Where the breach is serious we may act without prior notice.
If we terminate an account for a breach you committed, fees already paid are not refunded. If we terminate an account for our own convenience, we will refund the unused portion of a paid term on a pro-rata basis.
15. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of an examination attempt, loss of a chance of selection, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, however caused.
Subject to the first paragraph of this section, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the platform is limited to the total amount you actually paid us for the platform in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or two thousand Indian Rupees, whichever is higher.
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network or power failure, action by a telecom operator or payment gateway, natural events, or an act of government.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, from your misuse of the platform, or from content you submit that infringes the rights of a third party.
17. Grievance redressal
If something on the platform breaches these terms or your rights, write to our support address with “Grievance” in the subject line and enough detail for us to act.
Grievance Officer: Ashwini Jain, Aadinath Technosoft LLP, registered office: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Email: ashwini@sudhapath.com. Grievances are acknowledged and resolved within the timelines prescribed by applicable Indian law.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to any right you have to approach a consumer forum where you reside, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.
19. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version, and continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the amended terms.
Where an amendment materially affects your rights or an active paid plan, we will give you notice in the app, by email or by SMS before it takes effect.
